Problem Solved? - Maybe

One out of every four

Lots of talk about non native born folks coming to live in our state. Some winter reading has uncovered some interesting facts. It seems that my Mom and Dad, while walking the streets of St. Peter or Kasota in the 1920's met a foreign born person - every fourth person. Of course these one out of every four people were white, but I am betting they did not speak English. end
