Three Rivers Resource, Conservation, and Development Council

The Three Rivers R, C, and D is located in Mankato and has been in existence for about six years. For the years 2003-2007, the council has administered grants and federal dollars amounting to $1,400,000 which have been used for conservation and development projects in the region nine county area. 90% of the funds have been used for on the ground projects. end
